水素を2030年に主要燃料に 目標1000万トン、国内電力1割分
小室明大 政府は国内での水素利用量を2030年時点で1000万トン規模とする目標を設ける調整に入った。1000万トンで原子力発電所30基以上を稼働できる。稼働率を考慮しない単純計算で国内全体の設備容量の1割強にあたる。水素発電の実用化を急ぎ、FCVの普及も加速させる。新設する2兆円の基金を活用したり設備投資への税優遇などで支援する。
