    The Cannes Yachting Festival September 2018--The 41st edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival--the largest in-water European boat show, was held Sept. 11-16.     TOKYO--The Sea Japan 2018 Show (officially, the International Maritime Exhibition and Conference) held at the Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Center here April 11-13 drew record numbers of attendees and exhibitors, according to the show organizer, UBM Japan Co. Ltd. An estimated 21,000 attendees and 580 exhibors were expected at the show, officials said prior to the event. Official figures are not available at this time.
