 Position: Senior Consultant / Operations Research Analyst
Schedule: Full-Time; 40+ Hours/Week
Salary/Wages: Negotiable
Location: Eagan, Minnesota

Job Description:
Perform information research and analysis, using mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to interpret information for the benefit of the company and its clients. Use quantitative research to advise clients on decision-making, policy formulation, and other strategic considerations. Use related software tools for data mining, business analysis, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance, Stats, Math, Computer Science, or related*
2+ years experience in operations research analysis, business analysis, and forecasting, including work with financial modeling and related databases.
*In lieu of a Master's degree, qualified candidate may have a Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience.
